A consistent growth in the real estate sector has for long been an indicator of progress, which is why Ginni Realty has emerged as an entity dedicated to contributing its expertise to this sector and thus amplifying its booming progress.

Although a comparatively new name in the real estate industry, Ginni Realty packs the powerful combination of big vision, relentless motivation and a superb talented team.

Mr. Jugal Kishore Bhagat

is a distinguished industrialist with a wealth of experience in the business world. He holds a Commerce Graduate degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Throughout his career, he has held

significant positions in various industries and associations. Notably, he has served on the Council of Management of the Indian Jute Industries’ Research Association and been a Committee Member of the Indian Jute Mills Association for an extended period. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of The Naihati Jute Mills Co. Ltd. Additionally, he holds directorship positions in Ginni Filaments Ltd., Ludlow Jute & Specialties Ltd., Reform Flour Mills Pvt. Ltd., and Tyroon Tea Co. Ltd. Mr. Bhagat is also actively involved with numerous philanthropic organizations, further demonstrating his commitment to social welfare.

with an impressive annual turnover exceeding two hundred thirty crores rupees. He is the Director of Ginni Realty Projects Pvt. Ltd. and is on the Board of many Private and Public Limited Companies having interest in Real Estate, Finance, and Investment business.

a graduate from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata, serves as the Joint Chief Executive Officer of The Naihati Jute Mills Company Ltd. This esteemed jute mill holds a prominent position in the

industry, boasting an annual turnover exceeding two hundred thirty crores rupees. Mr. Bhagat also holds directorship positions on the boards of numerous private and public companies engaged in various sectors, including tea, fabrics, realty, securities, and finance. Notably, he has been an Executive Committee Member of the Indian Jute Mills Association, the apex body of Jute Manufacturers, for several years. He is the Director of Ginni Realty Projects Pvt. Ltd. and has been associated with the Company since its inception. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company.

He is the Director of Ginni Realty Projects Pvt Ltd and has a true passion for developing world class real estate and infrastructure. He believes in adapting to the state-of-the-art process systems in all business activities. Heading a young and energetic team, he is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.

Mr. Khastagir possesses extensive experience in Jute Mill Management and Marketing, specifically in various Diversified Jute Products (DJP) including Jute Geotextiles. He has held esteemed positions such as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the Jute Corporation of India (JCI). Furthermore, he has successfully managed two international projects funded by the Common Fund for Commodities (CFC), an Inter-Governmental Organization under the United Nations. These projects focused on Entrepreneurship Development in Diversified Jute Products and Jute Geotextiles. Currently, Mr. Khastagir serves as a Director/Advisor of several renowned Jute Mills in India and shares his expertise as a visiting faculty member in numerous esteemed Management Institutions. His multifaceted experience and contributions have made him a respected figure in the field of Jute industry and management.
